1965 Chevrolet Impala SUPER SPORT

This authentic Impala SS was originally purchased from Baumann Chevrolet in Freemont Ohio. They are still in business today. The 74,000 miles, 327 4bbl automatic with posi traction rear are believed to be original. The intake manifold is GM # 14096242. It was produced by GM in the early 70's for increased horsepower in small block Chevys.The factory four seasons AC, heater, power steering, power brakes, clock, optional push button AM radio with fader for front to rear speakers, optional 2 speed wiper/washer, gauges, interior/exterior lights and other factory convenience options all work as they should. AC was converted to R134 and blows cold. The underbody is solid. The older body restoration is beautiful with a few minor blemishes. The interior, engine compartment and trunk were just restored and are in show condition. Seat covers are original and look great. Wiring harnesses were replaced with factory exact replacements from American Autowire. All chrome shines beautifully.Trim is in great shape with no rust. Very well maintained. Starts right up. Drives smooth, straight and shifts as it should with lots of power. All fluids are clean and changed as required. Factory style dual exhaust, stainless steel gas tank, sending unit, fuel pump, radial T/A tires, shocks and springs are all new. Kept in a climate controlled garage with no winters or bad weather. Original owners manual, dealer brochures with original owner info and 2 sets of keys are all included. This is a beautiful car. Needs nothing. Just get in and go.
